Consultation

A stager will go through each room in the home to assess the items that should be repaired/replaced/updated in order to make it a must-have for buyers. We will prepare a room-by-room assessment of the items that should be completed in order to get your home ready to sell. This report is emailed to the homeowner to act as a checklist of must-do items that will make the biggest impact on potential buyers. We can also facilitate quotes for home repairs, cleaning, painting, etc. if required. If the home is brand new, for example a vacant condo, the consultation is not necessary and only a home staging quote will be completed.

Showcasing

Vacant homes & condos

Furniture rental will be required to make cold, empty spaces come to life. We will add art and accessories, including luxurious bedding, towels, and decor. The idea is to make your home something potential buyers aspire to. They should leave saying, “I want to live there.”

Occupied homes & condos

We can work with your existing furniture to make sure it is enhancing your home’s best features. We can also use some of your existing pieces and mix them with rental items and our selection of art and accessories. If your home is sparsely furnished we can also bring in additional items to make the space feel more inviting. The key is to make sure your home appeal to the widest number of potential buyers.
