Jennifer did an excellent job, from the initial consultation all the way through to the de-staging after my successful condo sale. Always professional, and very clear with expectations and communications, Jennifer was very easy to work with. I was most impressed with her ability to quickly form a vision for my space, and translate that into a staging plan that included the use of some of my major furniture pieces as well as staging furniture, art, and accessories. The end result was elegant and very appealing. I'm sure the staging contributed to the multiple offers and over-list sale price for my condo. Thanks Jennifer!

Jennifer provided us with excellent suggestions on what we could do to get our house ready to selll. Her detailed list on what to purge, fix or paint organized by room made it easy for us. Then she came in with her team and transformed our home with splashes of colour, greenery and art in each room. When I came home that day, I almost did not want to sell it. Our house looked great! I met Jennifer Walker back in the fall of 2016 when I was thinking about selling my house. She was recommended to me by my real estate agent. I was impressed with her punctuality and her friendliness, and as I walked her through my home, I became even more impressed with her respectful comments and her incisive ideas. Even though there were areas of my home that I, myself, knew needed improvement, Jennifer never once uttered a negative comment. Anything that was recommended to possibly be changed was couched as a suggestion only. I really liked that about her- her ability to frame the negative in such a positive manner. After her initial visit, she sent me a detailed report that served as a "road map" for me as I began to get ready to sell. SO helpful! She also came again closer to the listing date to refresh her impressions. I cannot recommend Jennifer -Pearl Street- enough in any but the highest complimentary comments. You will be so happy to have Jennifer stage your home for sale. I believe she played an integral part in getting me the best price for my home. Jennifer Walker staged our house, which recently sold for $150,000 over asking. She walked through our house and made several suggestions regarding painting, small repairs, organization and decluttering, and removing some of the furniture in the home we had lived in for 17 years. Needless to say, it was not easy to do this, but it all paid off. Some of Jennifer's best suggestions were replacing the 64 door handles on our kitchen cupboards and painting the salmon pink countertop white. These simple fixes made a big difference. One of her ideas was to make our upstairs office into a bedroom and move the office downstairs. The change helped make the house appeal to our target clientele, which was young families. On staging day, my husband and I left the house. When we came home, our lived-in place had been turned into House Beautiful. There were fresh new pillows and duvets, colourful pictures, new rugs and lots of flowers. I like some of the staging items so much, I am purchasing them. I would not hesitate to recommend Jennifer Walker to stage your home.

Jennifer designed a home for the 11th Annual Pickering College Home Tour and did an outstanding job. Feedback on our guest survey often made reference to her designs and all were extremely positive. Jennifer worked well with our team and was a consummate professional. She is warm and engaging, while taking the time to understand the needs of her client. Jennifer transformed the home she designed into a "Luxe Christmas Cabin in the Woods" - it was truly memorable, replete with a cedar strip canoe poolside!
We were very fortunate to have found Jen!!!!! Decluttering and preparing a home for sale is probably one of the most stressful things one can do. Pearl Street Home Staging made the process less formidable and more manageable. After touring our property and making notes, Jen produced a detailed and easily understood report. She pointed out the "must fix" areas: paint certain rooms, replace some light fixtures etc. Then there were recommendations which would enhance the perception of our property. And finally there were the ultimate changes which we could do if we chose to. A very helpful and comfortable plan. Doable! This is a great service!!!!
