Styling your HOME TO SELL

Consultation

Listing photos are key because 97 percent of buyers begin their search online. To ensure beautiful photos, and viewings result in a quick sale for top dollar, a stager will go through each room to assess the items that should be completed (repairs, paint colour changes, editing, need for furniture rentals, etc.). We will also determine the best configuration for furniture  in order to highlight the home’s best features. We will prepare a room-by-room report of the items that should be completed prior to listing the home.

Cost for consultation: $200, plus HST.

Packing & Prep

Homeowners will receive a complete list of recommendations. Pearl Street Home Staging can help you complete these items, if time is a problem, or you can complete them at your own pace.

Showcasing

Vacant condos and homes: Furniture will be brought in to make cold, empty spaces come to life. We will provide and style your space with art, luxurious linens, rugs, lamps, and other accessories. The idea is to make your home something potential buyers aspire to own. They should leave saying, “I want to live there. I want that lifestyle.”

Occupied condos and homes: We can use a home’s existing pieces and mix them with rental items and our selection of art and accessories. If your home is sparsely furnished we can also bring in additional items to make the space feel more inviting and appealing to the widest range of potential buyers.
